How do you assess your skills and experience as a team leader?

As a team leader, I assess my skills as developing, corresponding to the middle level. I have experience in setting goals, distributing tasks, and motivating team members. I know how to listen and consider everyone's opinion, as well as control deadlines and quality of work. I constantly work on improving communication and conflict resolution to ensure the team works effectively and harmoniously.
