How do you receive assignments to perform at your current workplace?

At my current job, I usually receive tasks in several ways:

• Through a task management system (e.g., Jira, Trello), where the manager or team lead assigns tasks with descriptions and priorities.
• During daily stand-ups, we discuss current tasks and distribute work.
• In personal communication with the supervisor or colleagues, if clarification or urgent tasks are needed.
• Sometimes tasks come from product requirements or bug reports, which I analyze and plan to execute independently.

This approach helps to clearly understand priorities and to complete work in a timely manner.
