Do you take on the role of a leader or initiator in your team?

The role of a leader or initiator in a team depends on the situation and personal qualities. Sometimes I take the initiative, suggest ideas, and organize work, especially if I see an opportunity to improve the process or solve a problem.

In other cases, I prefer to support the team, help colleagues, and complete assigned tasks, if the leadership role has already been distributed.

In Android development, this can manifest in proposing architectural solutions, choosing libraries, or organizing code to make the team more efficient.
