What statuses did tasks have in your last project or workplace?

In my last project, tasks usually went through the following statuses:

• Backlog — tasks that are planned but not yet started.
• To Do — tasks ready to be worked on.
• In Progress — tasks currently being worked on.
• Code Review — tasks awaiting code review by colleagues.
• Testing — tasks in the testing phase.
• Done — completed tasks that have passed all checks.

This set of statuses helps track progress and quality at all stages of development.
