How did you describe the interaction and collaboration within your team in your current position?

In our team, interaction in the current role is built on regular synchronization and transparent information exchange. We use daily stand-ups to discuss current tasks and issues, which helps quickly identify and resolve blockers.

For collaborative coding, we use a version control system (Git) with pull requests, where each participant can leave comments and suggestions for improvement. We also actively use task tracking tools (e.g., Jira), which allow us to see overall progress and workload distribution.

Collaboration is supported through pair programming and code reviews, which improve code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
