Tell us about your experience using the Scrum methodology in projects.

In projects using Scrum, I participated in regular sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This helped the team quickly adapt to changing requirements and improve the development process. We used a backlog where tasks were prioritized and broken down into small stories, which facilitated progress tracking and timely delivery of features.
