You consider yourself middle+. What do you lack to grow to senior level?

To progress from middle+ to senior in Android development, I lack experience in the following areas:

• Deep understanding of architectural patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM, MVI) and the ability to apply them in large projects.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable applications considering multithreading and performance optimization.
• Mentoring and team management skills to effectively transfer knowledge and help colleagues grow.
• Knowledge of Android's internal mechanisms (e.g., memory management, component lifecycle, UI optimization).
• Experience working with new technologies and tools such as Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, as well as integration with backend services.

Working on these aspects will help me develop systemic thinking and leadership qualities necessary for a senior level.
