How do you react when your ideas or views are not accepted by colleagues?

If my ideas or views are not accepted by colleagues, I try to understand their perspective and reasons for refusal. It is important to listen and be open to feedback to improve my proposals or find a compromise. Sometimes it is helpful to present my ideas in more detail or support them with examples and data. If the team's opinion differs, I am ready to accept a collective decision for the sake of the overall result.
