How do you assess your condition after completing the interview?

After the interview, I usually assess my state in terms of understanding the questions asked and confidence in my answers. If I feel that I was able to answer clearly and completely, I consider my state to be positive and motivating. If there were moments where I lacked knowledge or experience, I see it as an opportunity for further learning and development. It is important to stay calm and perceive the interview as a chance for growth.
