In my practice, I have worked as a systems analyst on several projects across different industries — from finance to telecommunications. The main tasks included gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling business processes, preparing technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams and clients.

For example, on one project for a bank, I participated in automating the credit scoring process: analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, forming system requirements, and assisting in testing. In another project for a telecom company, I worked on integrating a CRM system with a billing solution, which required a deep understanding of business logic and technical constraints.

I also used UML diagrams to visualize processes and requirements, which facilitated communication between technical specialists and business units.
