For the position of a systems analyst at the middle level, I consider the following skills essential:

• Confident proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) — this helps to plan effectively, track tasks, and maintain documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodologies and understanding their differences — necessary for adapting to different development processes and choosing the optimal approach.
• Ability to model to-be business processes — important for creating a clear vision of future processes and improving current ones.

The ability to work with large volumes of data can be useful but is not always mandatory for a systems analyst at this level.

None of these skills are required for my position — they are not suitable, as the listed skills are important for effective work.
