Why are you not accepting the existing offers anymore? What do you look at first when choosing?

I do not accept existing offers if they do not meet my key criteria, which are important for long-term development and job satisfaction. I primarily look at:

• Technical stack and opportunities for professional growth.
• Company culture and team — how comfortable and interesting it will be to work.
• Working conditions: flexibility, remote work, work-life balance.
• Compensation and social guarantees.
• Significance and impact of the project — how much my work will influence the product and business.

If the offer does not align with my priorities or does not provide prospects, I prefer to continue searching.
