How do you work alone as an analyst, without other analysts on the project?

Working alone as an analyst, I try to structure the process as much as possible to compensate for the lack of colleagues:

• Clearly define the goals and objectives of the project to stay focused.
• Use various requirements gathering techniques: interviews, surveys, documentation analysis, observation.
• Actively interact with stakeholders (customers, users, developers) to clarify and validate requirements.
• Keep detailed documentation and update it regularly to avoid missing details.
• Use visualization tools (diagrams, charts) to better understand and explain processes.
• Plan time and tasks to avoid overload and meet deadlines.

Thus, I compensate for the absence of a team through discipline, communication, and a systematic approach.
