What was the biggest task you had?

One of the biggest challenges I faced was related to integrating several disparate accounting systems into a single platform for a large company. It was necessary not only to technically unify data from different sources but also to consider business rules, ensure data integrity and relevance, and make the system user-friendly for end-users. This required in-depth process analysis, close collaboration with various departments, and phased implementation with continuous testing and adjustments.
