I do not live in Moscow, so a hybrid or office format during the probation period is important to me in terms of the ability to come to the office if necessary. If the company requires presence in the office, I am ready to plan my time and trips. However, a hybrid format with the possibility of partial remote work would be more convenient for me, as it allows for a better balance between work tasks and personal affairs.
