What do you expect from your current job? What skills do you plan to develop and in which direction — analytics, programming, or consulting?

From my current job, I expect opportunities to develop as a systems analyst, participate in interesting projects where I can apply and deepen my knowledge in requirements analysis and collaboration with the development team. I plan to develop skills in business analysis, process modeling, and improving communication between the client and the technical team. In the future, I want to expand my competencies towards consulting to help companies optimize their business processes and implement effective IT solutions.
