Tell about your experience: where you worked, what you did?

I have worked in several companies where I was involved in business process analysis and system integration. In one company, I participated in a project to automate document flow, where I was responsible for requirements gathering, process modeling, and interaction with developers.

In another project, I analyzed incidents and optimized IT infrastructure, which included identifying bottlenecks, preparing technical specifications, and coordinating between teams.

My experience includes:

• Data analysis and report preparation
