One of the challenging tasks I am proud of is related to analyzing and optimizing business processes in a large company. I had to gather requirements from different departments, identify bottlenecks in the system's operation, and propose solutions to eliminate them. As a result, I managed to develop a new process architecture that reduced order processing time by 30% and increased transparency in interdepartmental interactions. This required a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, as well as communication and change management skills.
