Please clarify how you worked with tasks: from whom they came, in what form?

In my practice, tasks came from various sources: product managers, clients, and the development team. Usually, tasks were formulated as requirements or user stories in project management systems such as Jira or Trello.

Often, tasks included descriptions of goals, acceptance criteria, and priorities. My role was to clarify requirements, identify ambiguities, and formalize technical specifications for the team. To do this, I held meetings with stakeholders, asked clarifying questions, and documented the results.

This approach helped ensure that all participants understood the task and minimized the risks of incorrect implementation.
