Outstaffing is a collaboration model where a company provides its employees to work in another company, but they formally remain on the staff of the first company. Unlike outsourcing, where the contractor is responsible for the entire project, in outstaffing, employees integrate into the client's team and work under their management.

I have worked on projects with outstaffing, where my team was dedicated to supporting and developing functionality within the framework of a large client. This allowed for flexible scaling of the team and quick response to changing requirements, while maintaining the client's control over the process.
