Where do you see yourself in one, three, five years?

In a year, I see myself as a more experienced systems analyst, with a deeper understanding of business processes and the ability to effectively interact with the development team and clients. In three years — a specialist capable of leading complex projects, optimizing processes, and implementing innovative solutions. In five years — an expert in the field of systems analysis, possibly a team leader of analysts or a consultant helping companies build effective IT strategies.
