Tell us about your experience working as a systems analyst. What projects have you led and what exactly did you do?

As a systems analyst, I was involved in gathering and analyzing customer requirements, modeling business processes, and preparing technical documentation. In projects, I interacted with the development team and clients to clarify functionality and identify bottlenecks.

For example, in one project on automating warehouse accounting, I:

• Conducted interviews with users to identify key requirements;
• Created UML diagrams to describe processes;
• Developed requirement specifications (SRS);
• Participated in acceptance testing and requirement adjustments based on the results.

My task was to ensure understanding between the business and technical team so that the final product met expectations and was implemented efficiently.
