Tell about yourself, what experience do you have in business analysis and systems analysis?

In business analysis, I have experience gathering and formalizing requirements, conducting interviews with clients and users, as well as modeling business processes using BPMN. I participated in developing functional specifications and helped coordinate requirements between the business and technical teams.

In systems analysis, I analyzed system architecture, identified bottlenecks, and proposed optimizations. I also have experience creating UML diagrams (classes, sequences) to describe the system and component interactions. My approach is to thoroughly understand business goals to propose technical solutions that best meet the company's needs.
