What tools do you use in your work? Draw.io, Miro, Confluence, PlantUML?

As a system analyst, I use different tools depending on the task:

• Draw.io — for quick creation of diagrams and schemes when simple visualization is needed without complex settings.
• Miro — for collaborative work with the team, especially during brainstorming and discussions, where interactivity and commenting are important.
• Confluence — for documenting requirements, describing processes, and storing all project information in one place.
• PlantUML — when quick creation of UML diagrams in text format is needed, which is convenient for version control and integration with version control systems.

The choice of tool depends on the specific task, team, and project stage.
