How do you evaluate your communication skills with the business? Were there difficult situations?

I assess my communication skills with business as good, as I am able to listen, ask clarifying questions, and translate technical details into understandable language. In complex situations, for example, when requirements were unclear or changing, I tried to organize additional meetings with interested parties to clarify expectations and align priorities.

One example is when the business wanted to implement a new feature within tight deadlines, but requirements kept changing. I suggested breaking the task into stages with clear acceptance criteria, which helped reduce risks and improve mutual understanding between teams.
