• Mastered system modeling methods, including UML and BPMN, for better visualization of architecture and processes.
• Developed the ability to effectively interact with development teams and clients, enhancing communication and understanding of goals.
• Learned the basics of Agile and Scrum, which allowed for better organization of workflows and adaptation to changes.
• Gained experience working with project and requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

These skills have helped improve the quality of analysis and accelerate the development process.
