Did you design integrations on your own or work in a team? Who was the project leader?

In integration projects, I have worked both independently and as part of a team. When working independently, I was responsible for the full cycle: requirements analysis, technology selection, development, and testing of integration solutions.

In team work, there was usually a project leader — this could be a system architect or a technical manager who coordinated tasks, assigned responsibilities, and monitored deadlines. My role in such cases involved implementing specific integration modules, interacting with other teams, and participating in architecture discussions.

This experience helped me understand the importance of communication and clear planning when working on complex integration systems.
