What development methodologies have you used at previous workplaces (Agile, Waterfall)?

In my practice, I have used both Agile and Waterfall, depending on the project requirements and the team.

Agile was applied to projects with a high degree of uncertainty and the need for quick adaptation. In such cases, we worked in iterations (sprints), regularly conducting planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. This allowed for rapid feedback and requirement adjustments.

Waterfall was used in projects with clearly defined requirements and fixed deadlines, where the sequence of stages is important: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. This approach is convenient for projects with minimal changes during the process.

The choice of methodology depends on the specifics of the project, the team, and stakeholders.
