What development methodologies have you used on projects, have you used Scrum?

In projects, I used agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum. Within Scrum, the team works in iterations (sprints), usually 2-4 weeks, with regular meetings: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective.

Scrum helps quickly adapt to changing requirements and improve the development process through continuous feedback. In my practice, I participated as a systems analyst, interacting with the Product Owner and the development team to clarify requirements and prioritize tasks.

I am also familiar with elements of Kanban and Waterfall, but Scrum was the most frequently used in my projects.
