Tell me about your last two workplaces: what projects were there, what role did you perform, and what was the technology stack?

In my last job, I worked as a systems analyst on a project automating business processes for a large retail chain. My role included gathering and analyzing requirements, modeling processes, and interacting with the client and development team. The technology stack included BPMN for process modeling, Jira for task management, Confluence for documentation, and SQL for data analysis.

The previous project involved developing a CRM system for a financial company. I was responsible for requirements analysis, preparing technical specifications, and supporting communication between the business and developers. UML diagrams, Agile methodologies, and tools like Microsoft Visio and Trello were used.

In both projects, the key was the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure understanding among all participants.
