If the PM insists on a release with known bugs, I try to explain the potential risks for users and the business, supporting this with testing facts. I suggest alternatives: delay the release until critical bugs are fixed or release with limited access (for example, for beta testers). If the decision remains with the PM, I document warnings and risks to record accountability. It is important to maintain a constructive dialogue and propose solutions, not just refuse.
