My project team usually includes the following roles:

• QA engineers who handle manual testing and test case preparation.
• QA Automation engineers who write automated tests and maintain testing infrastructure.
• Test manager or team lead who coordinates the team's work and interacts with other departments.
• Sometimes, developers participate in code review of automated tests and integration of tests into CI/CD.

For example, in one project, the team consisted of 3 QA Automation engineers, 2 manual testers, and a team lead, which allowed for effective coverage of functionality and maintaining release stability.
