In my last project, I prioritized tasks based on their impact on product quality and release deadlines. Usually, I:

• Assessed the criticality of bugs and their impact on users.
• Considered client requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinated priorities with the team and project manager.

The final decision on task order was made by the project leader or manager, based on the overall strategy and team resources. My role was to provide technical assessment and recommendations.
