Describe the structure of your team at your last place of employment

At my last job, my team consisted of the following roles:

• QA Engineers (3 people): engaged in manual testing, writing test cases, and regression testing.
• Test Automation Engineer (1 person): developed and maintained automated tests integrated into CI/CD.
• Test Manager: coordinated testing processes, planned sprints, and interacted with developers and the product team.

The team was cross-functional and closely collaborated with developers and analysts. We used an Agile approach, held daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions. Automation covered key scenarios, which allowed for quick regression detection and improved product quality.
