What happens during a sprint?

During a sprint, the following key activities typically occur:

1. Planning Meeting (Sprint Planning): The team defines the sprint goals and the scope of work (User Stories, tasks) to be completed.
2. Daily Scrums: Short meetings (usually 15 minutes) where each team member reports:
   • What was done yesterday.
   • What is planned for today.
   • Any obstacles.
3. Development Work: The team develops, tests, and integrates the functionality defined in planning. QA engineers actively participate in this process, creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers. QA Automation specialists also work on automating tests.
4. Backlog Refinement: The team may allocate time to clarify and detail future items in the Product Backlog.
5. Sprint Review: At the end of the sprint, the team demonstrates the developed functionality to stakeholders (Product Owner, customers) and gathers feedback.
6. Sprint Retrospective: The team discusses what went well, what can be improved, and what actions to take in the next sprint to increase efficiency.
