How did you delegate and distribute responsibilities within your last project?

In my last project, responsibilities were distributed considering each team member's experience and specialization. I allocated tasks based on the following criteria:

• Task complexity: more experienced colleagues were assigned complex automation scenarios, while beginners handled simple tests and maintained existing ones.
• Area of responsibility: QA engineers were responsible for functional testing, and QA Automation for developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Communication: I designated responsible persons for interaction with developers and managers to resolve issues promptly.

This approach allowed for effective use of the team's resources and ensured timely completion of tasks.
