What methodology did you work with?

In QA and automation testing, methodologies like Agile and Scrum are often used. Agile allows for flexible response to changing requirements and quick releases, while Scrum structures the work process into sprints with regular meetings and retrospectives. Kanban is also used for task visualization and workflow management. Depending on the project, other methodologies might be employed, but Agile/Scrum are the most common in QA.
