What is discussed at the retrospective?

In retrospectives within agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), the team discusses the past work period (usually an iteration/sprint) to improve processes. Main topics for discussion:

• What went well? – Identifying successful practices and actions to continue.
• What went wrong? – Analyzing problems, difficulties, and obstacles encountered.
• What can we improve? – Generating ideas to optimize processes, tools, communication, and team interaction.
• Action plan – Defining specific steps, who will do them, and when, to implement the proposed improvements in the next period.

The goal of the retrospective is to create a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
