Yes, participation in prioritization and planning is an important part of QA work, especially at the middle+ level. Usually, I participate in task estimation from a testing perspective: determining what tests are needed, how much time will be required for their preparation and execution, and what risks are associated with the release. This helps the team set priorities correctly and plan sprints. For example, if a new feature is critical for the business but testing is complex and time-consuming, I might suggest breaking the task into parts or allocating a separate sprint for thorough testing.
