Tell us about your team

In my QA Automation team, there are usually 4-5 people, including testers with varying levels of experience. We distribute tasks so that everyone can focus on their area of responsibility: some write API autotests, others — UI tests, and some handle integration testing.

We actively use Agile approaches, so we work closely with developers and analysts to quickly respond to changing requirements and improve product quality.

An important part of our work is code review of tests and joint discussions on the architecture of autotests to keep them up-to-date and easy to maintain.
