One example of a conflict with a developer was related to disagreements over testing priorities: the developer wanted to quickly release a feature, while I insisted on more thorough test coverage to reduce risks.

To resolve this, I proposed a compromise — to identify critical parts of the functionality for mandatory testing, and cover less important parts later. We conducted a joint risk analysis and agreed on plans to improve coverage in subsequent iterations.

This approach helped maintain working relationships, ensure quality, and not delay the release.
