At what point did you start working on the task as a QA?

As a QA, I usually start working on a task immediately after receiving the requirements or specifications for a new feature.

At this stage, I review the documentation, clarify details with business analysts or developers to understand exactly what needs to be tested.

If the process is flexible, I participate in sprint planning to prepare test plans and test cases in advance.

It is also important to start with risk analysis and prioritization of testing to focus on critical aspects.

Thus, QA is involved early in the development process to ensure quality from the very beginning.
