What methodology did you work with and how many people were in the team?

In my practice, the most frequently used methodology was Agile, particularly Scrum. Teams usually consisted of 5-9 people, including developers, testers, analysts, and a Scrum Master.

Scrum allows for flexible response to changing requirements and regular delivery of a working product through sprints lasting 2-4 weeks. During sprints, we planned tasks, held daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

This approach is well-suited for QA and automation, as it enables quick integration of testing into the development process and rapid response to bugs and changes.
