The degree of candidate's autonomy is assessed based on their ability to make decisions independently, plan their work, and solve arising tasks without constant supervision.

For a junior level, it is expected that the candidate can perform assigned tasks with some support and instructions. For a middle level, the ability to independently understand new tasks, search for information, propose solutions, and manage their time effectively.

Examples of autonomous behavior:

• Independently studying new technologies or libraries to solve a task.
• Initiative in improving existing code or processes.
• Ability to identify and fix errors without constant involvement of colleagues.
