The following roles are usually responsible for quality and task execution in a project:

• Developer (Implementer) — directly performs the tasks.
• Technical Lead (Team Lead) — oversees the technical aspects, code quality, and adherence to standards.
• Project Manager — responsible for deadlines, resource allocation, and overall coordination.
• QA Engineer (Tester) — checks product quality and identifies defects.

For example, in the current project, I, as a developer, am responsible for implementing functionality and code quality, the Team Lead reviews my code and assists with architectural decisions, and the Project Manager monitors deadlines and priorities.
