What will you do if you receive an offer for a project from a colleague at your level, which you personally disagree with?

If a colleague at my level proposes a solution I disagree with, I first carefully study their arguments and logic. Then I try to constructively discuss my doubts with them, providing facts and examples. It is important to maintain a respectful dialogue to understand their reasons for their choice and possibly find a compromise or a better solution.

If disagreements remain after the discussion, I can seek the opinion of a more experienced specialist or a manager for an objective assessment. This approach helps to support teamwork and improve the quality of the project.
