What type of work do you prefer in your professional activity — a more structured or a free format?

The preference depends on the specific task and the project stage. A structured work format is convenient for tasks with clear requirements and deadlines, where discipline and consistency are important. An open format is suitable for creative tasks, research, and prototyping, where flexibility and the ability to quickly change approaches are needed. In my professional activity, I try to combine both approaches: adhere to structure during implementation and testing, but leave room for experiments and improvements.
