How preferable is a hybrid work mode for you, combining remote work and office hours?

Hybrid work mode is convenient because it combines the advantages of remote work and the office. In the office, it's easier to communicate in person, quickly resolve issues, and participate in team discussions. Remote work, on the other hand, offers flexibility, saves commuting time, and helps focus on tasks without distractions.

For me, this balance is ideal: a few days in the office for collaborative work and synchronization, and a few days at home for deep concentration and task execution. This increases productivity and maintains comfort.
