One example of improving the workflow is automating routine tasks. For instance, in a Python project, I noticed that colleagues manually ran a series of tests and builds before each commit, which took a lot of time and sometimes led to errors.

I proposed and implemented a pre-commit hook using the pre-commit tool, which automatically ran tests and code checks before committing. This allowed:
