Could you tell us about your experience in performing the duties of a technical team leader?

As a technical team lead, I was responsible for coordinating technical tasks, distributing responsibilities among developers, and ensuring code quality. My role involved ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best development practices.

I participated in sprint planning, helped resolve complex technical issues, conducted code reviews, and mentored less experienced colleagues. I also interacted with managers and other teams to align requirements and deadlines.

An important part was creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as organizing CI/CD processes for automating build and testing.

This experience helped me develop leadership skills, communication, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
